Interseal secure Term Agreement with Thirteen Group

We are pleased to announce that The Thirteen Group, based in the North East, have awarded a 3 year partnership Contract to Interseal UK Limited, commencing with immediate effect. Thirteen was formed in 2014 from the merger of the Fabrick and Vela Housing Groups, comprising Erimus, Tees Valley, Hartlepool and Tristar Housing Associations and is now the largest social housing property landlord in the North East and among the top 5 largest in the UK.

Interseal have already completed a programme of fire safety compliance works between 2009 and 2014 under partnership agreement with Fabrick that resulted in regional award recognition and are delighted to have the opportunity to extend their service provision across the wider Thirteen Group portfolio of Properties.
